Warranty & Returns

1. Who you're buying from
FALKUN, Malta. Contact: WhatsApp +356 7718 9209 · kevin.avroutskii@gmail.com. "We", "us" and "FALKUN" mean this trader.
2. What you're buying
A FALKUN PC is assembled to order. Every system runs a 24-hour burn-in test before delivery (CPU and GPU under load, full memory test, thermal logging), and you receive photos of your unit together with its test results before it ships.
3. 24-month FALKUN warranty
- Coverage: the entire system, every component plus our labour, for 24 months from delivery.
- What we do: if a covered fault appears, message us. We collect the machine from anywhere in Malta or Gozo, repair or replace the faulty part, and return it to you. All of that is free.
- Turnaround: we aim to have you back up and running within 10 working days of collection.
- Not covered: physical damage after delivery, liquid damage, damage from overclocking or modified firmware/BIOS settings, software problems unrelated to hardware (we'll still try to point you in the right direction), and normal cosmetic wear.
- Seals: you may open the case. Adding RAM or storage does not void the warranty. Damage caused during a self-upgrade isn't covered; the rest of the machine still is.
4. Your statutory rights (they come first)
Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under the Consumer Affairs Act (Malta) and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods. For anything our warranty doesn't solve, the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) is the competent authority.
5. 14-day returns (right of withdrawal)
- You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason (Consumer Rights Regulations, S.L. 378.17, implementing EU Directive 2011/83).
- Tell us by WhatsApp or email within the 14 days; we collect the PC free of charge anywhere in Malta or Gozo.
- Full refund, price and deposit, within 14 days of getting the machine back, to the account you paid from.
- You may inspect the machine as you would in a shop. A deduction for diminished value can apply only if it comes back damaged or clearly used beyond inspection.
6. Deposit and cancellation before delivery
- The €100 reservation deposit is fully refundable any time before delivery, for any reason. One message is enough.
- We state a delivery window of 15–21 days when you order. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your deposit, you may cancel for an immediate full refund.
7. Delivery
Free hand delivery anywhere in Malta and Gozo. We plug the machine in and show it booting before you pay the balance (cash or Revolut). Risk in the goods passes to you at that moment.
